Our stay felt like stepping into a tropical paradise with lush greenery and a stunning private plunge pool that made every afternoon a delight.

However, navigating the pothole-laden dirt road left my rental car battered, and the unexpected service charge irked me. It's a hotel, not a charity!

The location was quite remote, making it difficult to get to

the nearby attractions. The hotel itself boasted a nice aesthetic, but the limited amenities and unreliable service made the stay less enjoyable. I was looking forward to a spa experience, but it didn’t live up to the expectations.

Staying in our Deluxe Moon Suite was a dream! Relaxing in the medium-sized private garden with our own plunge pool was the highlight. The view was incredible, and the serenity was unmatched. Every morning felt like paradise as we enjoyed breakfast on our terrace.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly meal options would be great.

Stunning suite with an outdoor shower that feels amazing. Road conditions leading to the hotel are very poor. Rental bikes can be tricky on those rough roads.

The Deluxe Star Suite boasts eye-catching decor with a unique outdoor shower, making for a refreshing experience. The emphasis on tranquility by having a serene pool environment adds to the overall retreat-like vibe here.

However, even with such potential, the dining experience missed the mark. Reservation misunderstandings led to lengthy waits for dinner, and the breakfast offerings felt limited to the point of being disappointing. Additionally, the thin walls between the suites could be troublesome for those seeking a peaceful atmosphere, as noise from neighboring guests could easily disrupt your relaxation. A sliding door issue allowed bugs in, and leaks during rain didn’t help either.

The room design was stunning and really made our stay special! 🌿 But the service was incredibly lacking. it was tough to even get basic requests met. Definitely needs improvement in the management area.

i had a fantastic stay in a stunning deluxe moon suite where i felt completely at home thanks to the incredibly attentive and kind staff who made every moment special. The nearby mixik art gallery and casa de la cultura gave me plenty of opportunities to immerse myself in the local scene during my weekend strolls.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Muare! The Deluxe Moon Suite was stunning, with an incredible outdoor shower that felt like a tropical escape. The staff went above and beyond, especially Fatima, who kept our room immaculate, and Adrian, who always greeted us with a smile. The pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
